Milliman DEPTH is a product that was created as a means of identifying cost savings opportunities for self-funded health plans. I was asked to join the team to provide my expertise in UX/UI design and to help with development of the product.

Timeframe:

Overview

Product

Milliman DEPTH is a strategic cost management planning tool for self-funded health plans.

Problem

Self-funded health plan leaders often lack adequate analytic approaches to evaluate plan performance and cost savings.

Goal

Our objective was to provide data-driven recommendations for areas where the health plan could potentially save money.

Responsibilities

As the UX Designer, I was responsible for conducting interviews, wireframing, low and high-fidelity prototyping, conducting usability studies, accounting for accessibility, getting buy-in from stakeholders, and iterating on designs.
