I am passionate about designing valuable and innovative solutions for complex problems. I have experience in UX design, product management, front-end software development, and creating interactive data visualizations. Thus far, I have primarily worked with healthcare data, but I am interested in expanding my knowledge base.

On a personal level, I have a strong passion for the environment and I am always looking for ways to help our planet. I enjoy traveling, hiking, camping, and reading in my free time.

Product Manager & UX Designer

Milliman, Inc. // 2020 - Present
I work on all phases of the UX and UI Design process, including research, interviews, information architecture, wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems. I also make key decisions pertaining to the future, growth, and success of an internal facing product by coordinating with various teams, evaluating timelines, and incorporating user feedback into building requirements.
I attained Signature Authority (SA) during this time which allows me to review and approve certain risk levels on behalf of the firm. Additionally, I am a member of Milliman’s Product and Technology Professionals Accreditation Council (PTPAC) which provides guidance to the firm on nominations for AP, SA, and Principal status for product and technology professionals.

UX Engineer

Milliman, Inc. // 2015 - 2020
I was the lead UX Designer responsible for performing research, interviewing and obtaining feedback from users, creating wireframes and prototypes, and assisting with front-end software development. I was responsible for creating interactive dashboards using data visualizations to convey large amounts of data in a simplified way.
I obtained Approved Professional (AP) status within Milliman, which acknowledges my expertise in my field. This title grants me limited authority to perform peer reviews.

Healthcare Data Analyst

Milliman, Inc. // 2014 - 2015
I was responsible for designing and developing interactive reports in QlikView to assist healthcare providers in identifying patients who may be at risk.
